Compliance Station®️ UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner)

In Compliance Station®️ UBO, when you search by company name on the online interface, our proprietary algorithms process vast amounts of data at a high speed using information from a leading domestic coverage data provider. The Standard version allows for instant access to company profiles and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) information. In the UBO+ (Plus) version, in addition Standard version benefits, we display a "UBO Graph (Capital Ownership Structure Diagram)" showing shareholders including those between the company and its UBOs.
